Cheesecake "Pudding"



This is my latest invention, an ode to cheesecake that has so much protein and all of the flavor, yet almost none of the fat or sugar of regular cheesecake.

In a little serving cup (mine are about 1/2 c.) mix together:

1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. Instant Cheesecake Jell-O mix
1/2 tsp. Splenda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/6 cup milk (just fill the cup most of the rest of the way)

Stir and enjoy :)
Made with 1% milk, each serving has about 70 calories. Snaktastic..

Of course, this can also be made more entertaining by adding any of the following:
1 Tbsp. cherry pie filling
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. chocolate sprinkles
2 Tbsp. whipped cream
1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. almond extract
